Our Workflow Process
Site Identification
Site Identification
Once a location is picked out, a site is identified within the location that is accessible for all and the necessary permissions for utilizing the space is procured.
Project Outline
An Outline of the Project is made after discussing with the Funder and the End User, as per the needs and the funds available to shortlist the Scope of the Project.
Pre-Project Report
A Pre-Project Report is created tracking the current site conditions, the proposed Scope of Work, the Deliverables of the Project, Expected Timeline and the estimated Budget.
Pre-Works
Site Visit
After the Project is green flagged, the Team visits the site to survey the location and identify the locally available raw materials to be used.
Ideation
Detailed plans for the Safescape are drafted as per the Deliverables and are shared with the Funder for approval.
Procurement
The raw materials are procured and transported to the site.
Safety and Skill Development
Workshops are conducted for the Volunteers and Community members to train them in Safety and to introduce them to the work.
On-Ground Work
Construction
The Safescape is constructed using local labor and community volunteers to promote the sense of Community Ownership for the Project undertaken.
Community Engagement
Programs are facilitated during the last phase of construction to engage the Community/ Funder and End Users to create lasting memories in both the parties.
Work Completion
As the on-ground work gets completed, Community Champions are identified and trained in maintenance and regular up-keep of the playground.
Final Project Report & Long Term Support
A detailed Report is created at the end of the Project providing the flow of work, the before and after conditions, the long term Impact projected and the final accounts for the funds utilized. We keep in touch with the Community Champions for each Project to aid them in maintenance as well as to track the Impact created in the long run.
Deliverables
Sustainable Construction
Each playground is built with sustainable materials and building practices that are easily replicable.
Community Specific
Each Project will be uniquely designed and built keeping the End-Users at its core.
Clarity and Documentation
Each step of the project is recorded as videos and pictures and are combined at the end for the Final Project Report in Document format and as an Aftermovie.
